The microbes found in NutriSmart are common yeasts treated to supply N, P & K. NutriSmart yeast have the ability to fix N from the air, decompose rock phosphate, and break down K from the soil into easily absorbable forms for plants. NutriSmart microbes have a “smart” relationship with the plant roots. These yeast fix N as the plant needs it…for up to 5 months!
NutriSmart does not cause nutrient leaching into the soils and waterways. NutriSmart improves the quality and vitality of soils. NutriSmart can effectively replace 10 – 25% of soil applied nitrogen.
